The following examples were the result of highly collaborative leadership with an internal team of engineers, designers, animators, merchandisers, writers, illustrators, composers, arrangers, musicians… you get the idea. As the Director of Editorial, I was solely responsible for leading the product from ideation of the concept to complete execution in the marketplace. This work delivered millions in revenue while presenting many challenges for all involved. Some ideas were true successes, other’s fell short. I’ll explain clearly as we go.
